Starting Oct Right

The weather forcast was perfect for today so I headed out at first light. Trolled the jetty on the way out for 2 small calico then fished the end of the jetty without a bite and dodged all the lobster bouys. Decided to head out to the rig watching the ff for any signs of life. Passed over some marks and cast out bammmmmmmmm sand bass. The next 2 hours was wide open over 20 sand bass, 7 calico and one of these

You started it right just going fishing on a beyatchen morning. I wanted to go but hooping the night before and getting up at O:dark 30 is not possible for me.
