first time on river/w a sot.

I just got a sot fishing kayak,mantaray14, plan on fishing as soon as i get use to it,put in frenchbroad river, NC. tracks very good,river was over 92% 3470cfs.hope to take out when weather clears any sites for sot. paddling in rivers.:banana

im looking at the manta ray also for river fishing can you give me any reviews.im just not sure whitch yack is the best for river fishing i live in illinois and we have more rivers than lakes any help would be great thanks
