Ok,
After a few years of being instructed how to bbq tri tip by the grandmaster himself, I believe I have found a way that works. This year, the Friday night Tri-Tip dinner is on me with ribs the following night :thumbup

Looks good. However , without Pappy's Seasoning ,it is only half their. I will bring more. Pork ribs on the flipside sounds like the deal. Scott Shaw
