Looks good. If that is a gaff it needs more bend in the hook to keep the fish on (imho).

Looks good. You might want to look into getting a rod holder set up in front of where you sit for trolling and drifting. I like the Ram Tube, but others will work well also.

I don't like that gaff too much, you're right, I'll fix that.
Robert,
I've just begun...

That looks good. Have you fished off it yet? Looks like you have a good spot for a Rhynobar or maybe a nice Scotty triple mount in front of the footwells. Then you could add a couple rod holders and a fishfinder on the same mount system. What is the weight capacity on one of those?

I was hoping to fish from it today. I just got the Crate Mate Jr. and was hoping to take it out, but the wind picked up quite a bit and my kid had an early school day. I don't know the weight capacity but it can hold me and my girlfriend pretty good.

Incredible,
The newer model of anglers has a weight rating of 400lbs and their website is here for more information. Gone Fishing has one he uses that looks like it does the trick in the bays very nice. On the kiwi kayaks website it shows one that has a motor on it.

Sebastes,
No worries Bro! I wasn't trying to rush you. All good things come in time!
Here is a picture of my Pro Explorer that I had.

It has a similar layout like yours in that it has that ridge in between the footwells. I put a couple of flushmount rodholders there that worked out perfectly for me. They run about $10 each. Perfect for trolling and drifting!:thumbup Drink a cold one, and let the fish come to you!:brews
Now that's what I call fishing!
