Congrats on those find looking hali's
A double header no less. I'm glad to hear you like our new kayak. Hobie's are some well put together kayaks and will give years of service. When you get a gaff, be sure to get a good one whether it's wood or aluminum. I made mine years ago out of a hardwood dowel and tunacord. I have the 22 inches marked on it so when I glide a hali under it I can see if it's legit before I gaff it. When it covers the entire gaff, it's 30 inches and it gets poked
