Grissom Island Night fishin'

This was the the stand out fish, :roll: no match for the 30# braid all turds, no spotties..........maybe 12 inches. Alot of claw biting/tail biting/ 8 inch dark rock dwelling sandbass. 3 inch jerk shad on 1/4 oz sledhead worked on those. Steve caught one on the creature and a few on jerk shad. Nice evening over all, clear skies breeze up and down, changing direction several times. Fished from 6:30 to 10:30. Parking across from the convention center is free in the lot after 7PM

Nice pic with the waterfall. I hear there are some big spotties by those islands.

By the way can you get credit for a bass less than 12" on West Coast bassers.

Just wondering --if I caught a LMB less than 12"--- if it would count? for some points

Nice waterfall pic, I was there 2 weeks ago. Forgot camera and so no report, but bite was more by the front end of the island. Fun place to yak
