Thanks for the report  and congrats on the bass. My friend kayaks out there also as he lives in Riverside, and I was planning on taking my tube out there, but the bladder has a leak so I haven't made the trip recently. I like bass fishing there though. Have you ever bass fished Castaic Lagoon or the San Diego lakes? I'd like to try both of those this year as weekend trips with a float tube or kayak.Perry
