I think we can squeeze a small Prime Rib on Perry's Weber .The other idea is Baby Back Ribs. I have a recipe that is killer. We could get the Prime Rib on Steve's smoker and cook it slow all afternoon. I still have to see if we can get a group discount at a local detox ward. Ha Ha . Scott Shaw

Guys,
It was a pleasure lighting up the Que once again. We can definitely cook up a Prime Rib on my 'Q on the next trip. It would work like a larger version of Steves. I'm going to put a temp gauge in it, then we would just use an indirect method of cooking like we did with the Tri-Tip. I'm going to change the grill if a newer one with gull wings will fit inside so we don't have to remove the grill to add charcoal or wood. Toss in some soaked wood chunks and we would be good to go ![]() ![]() PerryC ![]() Wanna Lime??
