Float Tubing at Dana Point?

Wasssuuupppp? Thanks for the heads up on the tourney. I have asked the same question about tubing inside Dana Point, and got a very non-definitive answer at best from the Harbor Patrol who polices the waterway. I could tell you what they said, but I think it would be best if I didn't because the answer I got was very open to interpetation and I would hate to give misleading or incorrect information about it especially with regards to someone elses event.
