Like Incredible said, you can save a paddle and pay to use the launch ramp, or launch by the Youth Group Center next to Mothers Beach. Mothers beach is free parking, but you need to get there early on the weekends because of the AA meetings at the YGC and those who are staking out the BBQ's by the sand getting there early.
