the only Big Calicos that i saw were ones in front of my speargun (and no I didnt shoot them). I did not hook and line a bass over 10". Didn't spend the time on them that I should have though.
Ill get a few on Saturday for you Andy

Sand bass upgrade. 22"
Photo of my fish was taken by Scott Johnson(Fishtricks) on his weigh boat in the Plastic Navy Kayak Tournament on Saturday. This fish won the jackpot $400 and Okuma Big Fish of the Year ($1500) and helped CJ Siebler and I clinch the Kayak Fishing Team of the Year($125 my share). So you are looking at a $2000 fish

I think tournaments like this one where you have to find a big bass of each species once a month can really help you to find bigger fish in one day tournaments so I am much appreciative of all those involved in West Coast Bassers.
