405 S to 22 interchange (just past seal beach)
stay in right lane
get off at bolsa chica (in the middle of interchange)
head down towards the beach
make a right at edinger
go almost to the end
before you get to the bridge make a left on countess
seabridge park is on your left before the condos
if you get to Sunset aquatic park (MARINA) you've gone to far
