One of the common problems when using a standard neoprene wetsuit for kayak fishing is your body heat. As the day warms up, you need to shed your wetsuit to stay comfortable and not over heated. Some anglers by mid-day will roll their wetsuits down to their waists in an effort to stay comfortable. With these Rodeo Pants, you have 2mm neoprene to keep your legs warm, and your upper torso is available for layering clothing. An inner layer, mid layer and an outer shell works well as the day progresses. I've used my NRS Rodeo Pants for three seasons now, and expect another two years out of them. They cost about $75.00 and are well worth the money in my opinion.

NRS carries several different configurations of wet suits, dry pants and all the layers of clothing you would need for kayaking. One visit to Northwest River Systems, or NRS for short, and when you need neoprene for kayaking, you'll think of them. PerryC
