Hi Davey,

The Tarpon is a very sweet ride, But it took me a couple outings to feel
really comfortable on it... I went from a Extreme which is wider and more stable. The first day out on my Tarpon at Newport I ran into Mark Pierpoint and watched him crawl around the boat and figured if he can do it I can do it.
Now I love the way it paddles, But its a bear to turn it around because of its length... The only other boat I would consider right now would be the new Hobie adventure... That thing flys on the water...

It's like anything new !!! you'll get used to it...
