Put some spices in the grilling Use good quality oil on the grill And the tortillas should be crisper not soft and soggy I love those chips you bring from LA The meat from that tournament you brought food for, where we met at the park in Claremont, was really well seasoned. Can you get Mexican cheese or sharp cheddar instead of plain old flavorless mild cheddar? If you had any if that white sauce made with tomatillos like at Miguels's that would be great Thanks Will Bowen Food Critic
