Here you go:
6 tablespoons butter 1/4 tsp. paprika 2 tsp. chopped onion 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 1 oz. sherry wine (or more!) 1/2 lb. diced shrimp 1/2 cup diced mushrooms 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs (plain or seasoned) 4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese Melt butter in pan; add onions, mushrooms, paprika, garlic powder and wine; simmer for 5 minutes. Add shrimp and simmer another 5 minutes. Place bread crumbs & cheese in bowl, add simmered ingredients and mix well. Stuff lobster cavity (really pack it in) and bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes for a 2lb lobster. The one in the photo was 6lbs and we had to bake it for 1 hour 20 minutes. It was killer!!! Ed
